Unit 20 Managing and Supporting Systems

  I had noticed several aspects of the system which could be improved on within the future if needed to be done again.     Evaluation Overall the systems management and support infrastructure was effective and successful at meeting the company requirements and was successful at meeting them. If there had been more time then it would have been focused on optimizing the systems to work much more efficiently using the internet so that it would update and install al the drivers allowing it to run correctly as well as install all operating system updates to make it all secure and stable  

In order to make sure that systems are functioning as intended, several tests are needed to be carried out These tested are conducted to ensure that the systems would be functioning correctly. 

Can't connect to the internet Not being able to connect to the internet can be a very common issue that even top businesses can run into which would lead into major problems if not dealt with like: an employee not being able to do their work or accessing web resources. There is many ways to be able fix this problem if it is to occur to prevent it from happening for a long time. The first step to fixing this would be by verifying that all networking cables are connected to the systems as intended and to make sure that the internet services aren't down. However, if the service is down itself then the company will have to get in contact with the Internet Service Provider.  For this I had to create a mock up that involved 3 accounts and 3 folders that will have different accessibility to certain folders. The 3 different accounts I was to create are Junior Staff, managers and Directors. The 3 folders that I was to create was General, management and Polices and Procedures folder. Each of these folders will be accessed by at least 2 accounts.  The General folder is accessible by all with complete access by all accounts, then Policies and Procedures folder is accessed by all however the junior staff only has access to read it and has no access to change anything, same with the manager while directors have full accessibility to it.
