Practical

 For this I had to create a mock up that involved 3 accounts and 3 folders that will have different accessibility to certain folders.


The 3 different accounts I was to create are Junior Staff, managers and Directors. The 3 folders that I was to create was General, management and Polices and Procedures folder. Each of these folders will be accessed by at least 2 accounts. 





The General folder is accessible by all with complete access by all accounts, then Policies and Procedures folder is accessed by all however the junior staff only has access to read it and has no access to change anything, same with the manager while directors have full accessibility to it. The management folder is only accessible by managers and directors but the manager only has access to reading it only while the director has the ability to change anything if needed







After I had created created the folders and I had the company logo for the desktops so that they will be the screen they see when they employees will see.
