Optimisation and improvements/Evaluation

 I had noticed several aspects of the system which could be improved on within the future if needed to be done again.



    Evaluation

Overall the systems management and support infrastructure was effective and successful at meeting the company requirements and was successful at meeting them.

If there had been more time then it would have been focused on optimizing the systems to work much more efficiently using the internet so that it would update and install al the drivers allowing it to run correctly as well as install all operating system updates to make it all secure and stable

 For this I had to create a mock up that involved 3 accounts and 3 folders that will have different accessibility to certain folders. The 3 different accounts I was to create are Junior Staff, managers and Directors. The 3 folders that I was to create was General, management and Polices and Procedures folder. Each of these folders will be accessed by at least 2 accounts.  The General folder is accessible by all with complete access by all accounts, then Policies and Procedures folder is accessed by all however the junior staff only has access to read it and has no access to change anything, same with the manager while directors have full accessibility to it.
