Unit 20 Managing and Supporting Systems

 In order to meet the targets set for this assignment. The table below shows what tasks was set and when each one had been completed. In order for this to be done efficiently, I had consulted with my peers multiple times to ensure I was doing tasks correctly. To what my peers had said I had adjusted the contents accordingly. I have also evaluated several outcomes of the assignment and used them too recommendations the mock-up, whilst using teams to ask for help from other students when I needed it

  I had noticed several aspects of the system which could be improved on within the future if needed to be done again.     Evaluation Overall the systems management and support infrastructure was effective and successful at meeting the company requirements and was successful at meeting them. If there had been more time then it would have been focused on optimizing the systems to work much more efficiently using the internet so that it would update and install al the drivers allowing it to run correctly as well as install all operating system updates to make it all secure and stable  

In order to make sure that systems are functioning as intended, several tests are needed to be carried out These tested are conducted to ensure that the systems would be functioning correctly. 

Can't connect to the internet Not being able to connect to the internet can be a very common issue that even top businesses can run into which would lead into major problems if not dealt with like: an employee not being able to do their work or accessing web resources. There is many ways to be able fix this problem if it is to occur to prevent it from happening for a long time. The first step to fixing this would be by verifying that all networking cables are connected to the systems as intended and to make sure that the internet services aren't down. However, if the service is down itself then the company will have to get in contact with the Internet Service Provider.
